There is no substitute for Punctuality

Punctuality is a reflection on your commitment to the job and sets the tone for your work ethic.  Arriving early is a characteristic of an employees that “leads” rather than follows; an important factor when considering an employee for salary increases and promotions.  Tardiness, no matter how minimal, draws the wrong kind of attention, and will affect the productivity of your team.  Arrive on time; that means 10 minutes prior to the start time!
