How do/can I get a job?

The best way to get started with your job search is to email your resume to info@transhiregroup.com. A staffing consultant will review your resume and then contact you to set up an appointment.

How do I refer a friend?

To refer a friend, mention the referral in the email when sending your resume. Or, email your consultant directly with the friend's name and contact information, so we can reach out to them. Please let us know if you were referred to us by one of our TransHire success stories!

Are there fees for registering with TransHire?

There are no fees for registering to find work with TransHire.

Does TransHire have a minimum age to work?

The minimum age for TransHire employees is 16 years of age.

Do I need an appointment?

Yes! We want to ensure that we have a staffing consultant available to provide you with as much time and attention you need.

What should I wear for an interview?

When attending an interview, all applicants must be dressed in a professional manner. This goes for interviews with us as well as any interviews we may send you on in pursuit of your new career.

What should I bring to an interview?

How do I get a copy of my paycheck?

Active Employees will need to create an account on BASIC HR Solutions to access their paystubs online. Click the following link to go to the BASIC Sign-in page:

How do I submit my timesheet?

Our timesheet process is online and can be accessed through our website. Once you have been placed on an assignment, you will be assigned a user name and password so you can log in to access your timesheet. Use the following link to go to the account sign-in page where you can access and submit your timesheet:

Do you offer health insurance?

Yes! We offer an ACA-qualified plan to all employees.

What if the job isn't right for me?

If you feel the assignment is not the right one for you, please contact your respective TransHire office immediately to discuss your situation.

What should I do if I am injured on an assignment?

If you are injured on an assignment, please immediately contact your supervisor at the worksite. Then call the TransHire office immediately to report the incident.

How long do assignments last?

The length of assignments can vary depending on the position and the client.

When can I be expected to be paid?

Payroll is processed on a weekly basis and available every Friday.

What is the recruiting process?

Once we have reviewed your resume, we will contact you to set up a personal interview. To save time and speed up the process, you'll be asked to fill out our online application. When you come in for your interview, you'll meet with a Staffing Consultant to discuss your resume and previous work experience in more detail. We'll also discuss openings that we are currently recruiting for that fit your skills.

What is your screening process?

All future employees must complete:

  • I-9/SS Verification
  • Reference Checks
  • Software Skill Testing

What skills tests will I be taking?

The skills testing that you will be taking depends on the type of work you are looking for, the position you are applying for, and anything specific the client may request.
