TransHire is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Administrative / Office Assistant to work for a prestigious company in the Ft. Lauderdale area. Experienced candidates will be responsible for assisting the department personnel….answering phones, and taking proper messages…. scheduling meetings… faxing …. filing…. Scanning...and other office clerical / administrative duties as required.
Qualified candidates MUST have:
* Previous Administrative experience in a supporting role.
* Have strong customer service and communication skills.
* Be able to take direction with the ability to work independently.
* Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
* Possess proper phone etiquette.
* Strong computer skills working in a MS Office.
