TransHire is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Office Assistant to work for a prestigious company in the Hollywood/Fort Lauderdale area. Experienced candidates will be responsible for assisting the department personnel….answering phones and taking proper messages, faxing, filing, scanning write emails, memos, letters etc. provide administrative and clerical support as required.
Qualified candidates MUST have:
Previous Office Support experience.
Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
Be able to take direction with the ability to work independently.
Detail oriented with the ability to multi-task.
Possess proper phone etiquette.
Strong computer skills working in a MS Office.
